K&S – Gala night competition T&Cs

The promoter is: SEE YOU NEXT MURDER Ltd 

  • The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of SEE YOU NEXT MURDER Ltd  and ATG and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • The competition will run from 22 April 2024 until 9 May 2024. After this specified date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The winner will be randomly chosen by SEE YOU NEXT MURDER Ltd and announced via the email entered by, no later than 10 May 2023.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select a replacement winner (and that winner will similarly have to respond to the notification sent to them by the Promoter within 24 hours of that notification being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
  • The prize consists of: two tickets to the performance of Kathy & Stella Solve a Murder Gala night in the West End, plus a Party pass.
  • The performance is on the 5th June 2024, 19:00 at the Ambassadors Theatre, London.
  • The party will take place after the performance, in a location to be determined. 
  • Seat location is subject to the Promoter’s discretion.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold or transferred to any person or entity for commercial gain or otherwise. If any tickets are resold or transferred (or are attempted to be resold or transferred) for commercial gain by anyone other than official resellers of The Company, then the tickets will become void and the ticket holder will be a trespasser and may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the theatre.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • By entering the competition you agree to SEE YOU NEXT MURDER Ltd using your entry to publicise the competition.
  • All other expenses associated with the prize such as transport to and from the venue, food and drink shall be the responsibility of the winner and not the Promoter.
